[ 01 ] CAPABILITIES

What we do.

01 Systems integration

Interfaces between systems never designed to talk. Pattern chosen per interface, not imposed across the estate.

API & event designERP interfacesLegacy decoupling
02 Cloud & infrastructure

Migration sequenced around maintenance windows. Hybrid where regulation keeps workloads local.

Migration planningHybrid architectureVirtualisation
03 Security & networking

Segmentation, secure access and monitoring, so a compromise in one zone stays there.

SegmentationFirewall & SASEIncident response
04 Data & analytics

Pipelines and warehousing with lineage traced across system boundaries. AI only against a defined business case.

PipelinesWarehousingLineage & governance
05 Professional services

Advisory, program leads who own sequencing, engineers placed into your teams, managed operations.

AdvisoryProgram deliveryAugmentationManaged ops
06 Technology sourcing

Hardware, licensing and cloud through authorised distributors, quoted against a signed-off design.

[ 02 ] METHOD

Nothing is bought before the design is signed off.

01

Assess

Systems, interfaces and dependencies mapped, undocumented ones included. Constraint list before price.

02

Design

Target architecture, bill of materials, sequenced path. Rollback written before migration.

03

Deliver & support

Phases small enough to reverse, documented as they go live. The team that built it supports it.

[ 03 ] SOURCING

What we supply.

Compute & storage Servers, virtualisation platforms, storage, data-centre appliances.
Network & security Switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, secure access gateways.
Software & licensing Cloud subscriptions, security tooling, data platforms, backup and disaster recovery.
Packaged Hardware, licensing, integration and support priced against one requirement.

No manufacturer quota, so the bill of materials follows the design.

[ 04 ] SECTORS

Sectors.

Financial services & banking Manufacturing & industrial Logistics & supply chain Healthcare Energy & utilities Retail & commerce Telecommunications Public sector
[ 05 ] PRINCIPLES

How we work.

i

Scope in writing

Inclusions, exclusions and change control agreed before work starts.

ii

No product to defend

The recommendation follows the requirement, including when it is to spend nothing.

iii

Senior, and staying

The architect who designs it reviews it in production.

iv

Reversible by default

Every phase has a rollback.

v

Handover, not hostage

Documentation and pairing during delivery, so your team can run it without us.

vi

Bad news early

Slippage is measured against agreed exit criteria, and comes with options.

[ 06 ] QUESTIONS

Questions.

What does a first engagement look like?

A scoped assessment of three to six weeks, ending in a constraint list and a costed design.

Who is on the team we get?

Named senior engineers for the engagement. The architect who designs the estate reviews it.

How is trading and sourcing priced?

Line-item against a signed-off bill of materials. Distributor pricing and margin stated separately.

Can we buy hardware without the integration work?

Yes. Sourcing runs as a standalone line, though we will flag a specification that looks wrong.

What happens when a phase slips?

You hear it against the exit criteria agreed at the start, with the options priced.

[ 07 ] CONTACT

Tell us what has to keep running.

Send the environment, the constraint and the timeline. You get back an approach and a sequence.
